Welcome to the London Therapy Alliance.

Accessible, adaptable and personalised therapy across London and online.

How can we help?

We’re a group of therapists united in the belief that we all have the capacity for positive change. We’re warm, approachable, and above all, human.  We believe therapy is a collaborative process and we will work with you to carve out a treatment plan catered to you as an individual, and support you as you move towards your goals.

Every one of us is unique, with our own way of being in this world, and it’s important to find the right therapeutic match. Someone aligned with you, so you feel comfortable and supported even when therapy is messy or challenging. We’ll do our best to find you that match - and if we can’t do that within our team, we’ll point you in the right direction so that you can find the support you need.

Whether you’re coming to us due to a specific issue, like a divorce or bereavement, or whether you’re feeling lost, confused, or stuck, we’re here to help you.

We hope you find what you are looking for here.

Services

For Individuals

Individual therapy provides a space for personal growth and transformation. It helps you explore how your past influences your present and equips you with new strategies to move forward. Our goal is to support you in overcoming challenges and building the life and relationships you desire.

For Couples & Pairs

Relationship therapy helps you recognize and change unhelpful dynamics. We'll focus on improving communication, fostering understanding, and providing tools for more productive interactions. Our aim is to strengthen relationships by addressing issues from all sides.

For Young People

Therapy can help young people understand their emotions and their challenges. We offer young people a safe space without judgement to talk about difficult feelings, to get things off their chest, and find ways of coping when things are difficult. Having this space and support can help young people to feel less alone, or it may just be a relief to talk about what they’re going through with someone who will listen.
