Therapy for Young People
Therapy can help young people to process what is going on for them and help them to begin to understand why they might be feeling a certain way, and understand their problems better.
We can offer young people a safe space to talk to someone confidentially and without judgement about difficult feelings, to get things off their chest, and find ways of coping when things are difficult. Having this space and support can help young people to feel less alone, or it may just be a relief to talk about what they’re going through with someone who will listen.
